EcardSnap provides custom digital business cards and related services. As our services involve personalized digital products, processing begins immediately after order confirmation. Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started.
However, in the event of a technical error or failure in service delivery from our side, EcardSnap will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service activation. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
